The long-awaited revolutionary tool for every sportsperson is now available at Movescount.com, the online sports community launched earlier this year. It is the first time when training programs can be created and then shared, rated and discussed in the community. Ultimately users can select a ready-made training program among hundreds, or even thousands, of them.
With the training program planner, members can create a training schedule for the coming weeks. The training program can include several sports, and the user can see the total time and intensity level distribution, which help in planning the training program. The information will help the person to train more effectively and stay in the target, whether it’s a marathon run or a 5 kg weight loss.
If the member makes the training program public, other members can add the training program into their own training schedule. Training programs can be searched based on sports and member’s fitness level, and the best-rated programs show higher up in the search results thus making it easier to find a training to suit just about any sport, level and goal.
